Sooo . . . I got a new laptop . . . I’m struggling getting used to some aspects of it. Of course I love that it is faster and that it doesn’t shut down because it is over heating – but the pictures seem like there is a filter over them – and much of the print is in gray-scale! BUT – I can post on my blog and I was a bit worried about how hard that would be for me to do. Window’s 10 is another issue, but so far, I’m hanging in there. It’s been 8 years since I’ve updated, and yes, I’m still stuck on my trusty old Dell Inspiron. My son got me an HP ENVY Notebook. He spent a lot of time helping me select the best one for my needs and I pretty much drove him crazy with the resolution needs. I’m still not happy with the way Pinterest shows up on the new screen – it seems grainy/blurry. He has spent hours trying to make me happy with adjustments and also explaining to his non-techy mom why the higher resolution = a picture I’m not content with. We even went over to Costco where I nice manager made an exception and got me connected to the internet so I could see what a 4K screen would look like on Pinterest – no better! I do really appreciate that they keyboard is exactly the same 😉 . . . and the touch screen is interesting to remember to use.
You should have arrived from Joni’s blog and up next is my good friend Sandy. I enjoyed sharing a new technique with her this weekend – I’m offering a hint as a ‘cliff-hanger’ – you’ll have to wait until later this month [Feb. 22nd] when we share our favorite technique with you. This little treat bag was a cinch to whip up with the right framelits!
